Business setup, online ordering, appearance, and system preferences

Business Profile

Restaurant identity and email details used across SwiftServe and customer emails.

Company Branding

Set the company name and logo used across the software, receipts, and reports.

Logos are resized before saving so they load quickly and fit Firestore limits.

Online Order Email

Choose the restaurant email used for online-order notifications and Reply-To. Customer emails use your restaurant name as the sender display name.

Banking / Transfer Details

Add the banking information customers should see in approved online-order emails.

Online Order Payment Methods

Choose which payment options customers can select on the public online-order page. At least one method must stay enabled.

Payment

This is published to the public restaurant profile, so customers only see the methods you enable. Internal POS payment labels are not changed.

Payment & Compliance

Add the merchant information banks usually require for online card acceptance. You control when this appears on the public online-order page.

Compliance

Show Payment & Business Information

Off by default. Turn this on when you want the public online-order page to show merchant/payment compliance information.

Accepted Card Brands

This does not process card payments by itself. If the gateway status is Test Mode or Live, this public information is shown automatically for card-payment compliance.

Online Ordering Availability & Timing

Keep order status, opening hours, and pickup slot rules together in one place.

Online Ordering Status

Control whether customers can place orders from the public online-order link. Closed for Today automatically opens again on the next day.

Loading

Customers can still open the link when orders are paused or closed, but the menu/cart is locked and your message is shown.

Restaurant Opening Hours

Set the days and times customers can choose pickup dates and times. Online ordering only shows remaining dates in the current week and slots inside these hours.

Online Pickup Times

Customers choose pickup dates from the remaining days in the current week, then choose times from your opening hours using the interval below. Disable any specific slots inside those hours that should not be offered online.

Pickup Capacity Control

Limit online pickup availability by how many meals your kitchen can produce per hour. Turn this off to use normal pickup slots only.

When enabled, each online order uses the total quantity of items in the cart. A 5-item order uses 5 meals from that pickup hour.

Menu Display

Control how menu categories appear for staff and online-order customers.

Menu Category Order & Names

Control how categories appear in Take Orders and Online Orders. Lower sequence numbers show first, and display names control how the category is shown to staff and customers.

This does not delete or move menu items. It only changes the Take Orders and Online Orders category display names and display order.

Appearance

Choose the visual theme and light or dark display mode.

Color Theme

Choose a theme accent. Classic Orange is the original look.

Classic Orange

Display Mode

Switch between dark mode and light mode. Your choice is saved for every screen.

Customer Site Colour Presets

The Platform Owner chooses the full customer order site design. This section only shows the colour presets for that selected design.

Tax, receipt behavior, reports access, and system status.

Sales Tax

Set the tax percentage used when creating Take Orders, POS orders, and Online Orders. Use 0 if tax should not be applied.
